What if I want to be my own "therapist" or to mentor others?
Good news! You can do both.
Where do I start? How do I begin?
Each of my students signs on with me their mentor for a period of three months at a time.This can be done as part of a Life Coaching package or stand alone Mentoring.
You will learn to how to recognise where you are holding onto thoughts and feelings that no longer serve your life. You can live with more harmony ,joy, and love as soon as you are ready to do so.
